Legal Policy

 

Stateside Ants complies with federal law. We are permitted to sell ants to certain states by the USDA. Do not order ants that cannot be shipped to your state, as the order will not be fulfilled and a restocking fee will be assessed.

Return, Refund, Shipping Policies

 

Live ants cannot be returned. If ants arrive dead, we will refund you entirely or send a replacement. However, if you do not select a heat pack from October-March, we cannot guarantee live arrival of the ants. If the ants are in bad condition, you must contact us within 8 hours of delivery to receive a refund. Please provide photo evidence!

Every colony sold comes with a queen, unless specified otherwise. A colony size option of "1-6 workers" includes the queen.

 

If supplies come damaged or your package is missing an item, let us know and we can replace or refund your order!

We are not responsible for delays by carriers, holidays, etc.!

If weather appears to deadly for shipping, we may hold onto your ants until it passes. We want to make sure they have the best chance in shipping! More information is available in our Terms & Conditions.
